What we collect
When you submit a quote request or a service request, we collect the information you type into the form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, location and what you tell us about your equipment needs. Quote forms on this site are processed by 360Connect, which passes your request to us and to the authorized dealers who serve your area.
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell audience data.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule delivery or service, and follow up on that request. We do not sell, rent or trade contact information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where it is needed to do what you asked: an authorized dealer in your state preparing a quote, a leasing company processing a credit application you submitted, a manufacturer handling a warranty claim, or a service partner visiting your site. Each receives only what it needs for that task.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. The embedded quote form is served by 360Connect and any embedded Google Maps are served by Google; each may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Retention
Quote and service records are kept while we have an active relationship with you, plus the period required for tax and warranty purposes.
